1. Description of Service

RUMAR is an AI-powered writing assistant that provides grammar correction, style checking, and document editing tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RUMAR for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, and attempts to bypass our rate limits are strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of RUMAR require a paid subscription. All payments are processed by DODO PAYMENTS, our Merchant of Record. DODO PAYMENTS handles payment processing, billing support, and refunds. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled by DODO PAYMENTS, our Merchant of Record. Customers may request a refund according to DODO PAYMENTS’ refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The RUMAR service, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of RUMAR and its licensors. Your submitted text remains yours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RUMAR is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RUMAR, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site.
